However, if for any reason you are not satisfied, this Refund and Returns Policy outlines the steps and conditions for returns, exchanges, and refunds for products purchased from our website. 1. Return Eligibility
You may return most items within 30 days of the original purchase date for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

3. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for another, please follow the return process outlined above, and place a new order for the replacement item. Once we receive your return, we will issue a refund for the returned product (minus shipping fees, if applicable) and send out the new product as per your order.
Note: The exchange is subject to the availability of the new item. If the product is out of stock, you may receive a full refund or choose an alternative item.
4. Refunds
